The Spring/Summer 2018 collection is inspired by a beautiful rose called the Sultan Qaboos Rose, which holds a special place in the hearts of Omanis as it bears the name of his majesty, Sultan Qaboos Bin Said Al Said. Two years of research and experimentation by the World Federation of Roses Society resulted in this exquisite variety of roses that are characterised by their beauty, splendid red colour, stem length and ability to bloom in both hot and cold climates. The rose, which symbolizes peace, harmony and humanity, was created as a tribute to his majesty for his contributions and support to international relations and human rights and was launched at the Osaka Garden Show in Japan in 1990.
